I practice Classical osteopathy as a licensed Naturalist. In addition to this I offer modern Phytotherapy, that means herbalism, as well as Lifestyle Medicine. This means using diet and nutrition as medicine and medication, with a little bit of supplementation without “selling products” and looking at your individual bodily training needs. I don’t think sticking a needle in your veins is very natural. If you can’t take your medicine by eating or drinking it, then it’s time for the Doctor!
I work to avoid waiting times for appointments and I don’t want waiting lists. Not every problem can be solved in one or two sessions. Sometimes you need to be patient and persistent. Nature is slower than pharmacology.
You are also welcome to book sessions for prophylaxis, to prevent problems and to stay healthy. Especially after straining the body like after sports and hard training, gardening, or the next move across town.
