Classical Osteopathy: A Recipe for Health
Charles Jackson; licensed Naturalist and Osteopath
Technique is not therapy. Many ingredients do not make a dish. Concentration on the essentials is the sign of an accomplished craftsman, and this is true for the Osteopath as well. The use of the Body Adjustment System can quickly organize a seemingly chaotic presentation of symptoms and complaints down to a concrete unit. Knowledge is power! A realistic explanation of the causes of your complaints can help you to overcome obstacles. Empowerment is better than being a slave to therapy!

Jackson Osteopathy: My Work
I practice Classical osteopathy as a licensed Naturalist. In addition to this I offer modern Phytotherapy, that means herbalism, as well as Lifestyle Medicine. This means using diet and nutrition as medicine and medication, with a little bit of supplementation without “selling products” and looking at your individual bodily training needs. I don’t think sticking a needle in your veins is very natural. If you can’t take your medicine by eating or drinking it, then it’s time for the Doctor!
I work to avoid waiting times for appointments and I don’t want waiting lists. Not every problem can be solved in one or two sessions. Sometimes you need to be patient and persistent. Nature is slower than pharmacology.
You are also welcome to book sessions for prophylaxis, to prevent problems and to stay healthy. Especially after straining the body like after sports and hard training, gardening, or the next move across town.
Cost and insurance coverage
I am a qualified member of the Association of Free Osteopaths. I currently charge €90,00 for the Body Adjustment, and €66,80 for the shorter, acute session. The rates vary slightly between proprietarily and privately insured as well as for the public assistance for social servants and are adjusted accordingly.
